OMG. THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!!! WE HAVE WINDOW STICKER !!!! @khudgi @huey @Ewebster @JackTripper
And Holy hell, it has Towing... I asked my old coworker at Ford to put it on, and they said they couldn't, it was locked. So either they did get it to take, and they never told me, or Ford...
Oh, I would be ecstatic if that happens, especially having a 12/15 build date as well. Being 2 hours away from MAP makes it a little more probable for me. I'm hoping to make it an early Christmas present.
Not surprised by the Saturday builds. They're trying to close out the year with big numbers, so they're likely going overtime at all the plants. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a ton of Broncos get 'released' right before end of year. Or other vehicle lines.
And yeah on the Wednesday...
Some of the areas I drive in have ZERO cell reception. So trying to stream music is a no go. And screw terrestrial radio. Sirius all the way for me. I can listen to the same stations across the entire US, cell reception or not. r
COVP confirms to ford it is a “valid” order and not a fake order. They are only supposed to give allocation slots to orders that have been COVP’d , especially when it comes to the highly constrained items.
Otherwise a dealer could enter 5k fake orders , and Ford wouldn’t know it.
Bought the FP tuner from @LethalPerformance as well as hood struts. Bronco's not even in my driveway yet...
I would have gotten the Rough Country Slider Steps if they had been on sale. But oh well.
I know most people are cool, but we see so many "where's my window sticker" threads.... More of a generalization.
There's actually more 'events' that cause a vehicle to generate a window sticker, or get reinvoiced, it's just not publicly viewable...
They probably laid off the person who was supposed to do it.
Also, the fact that they update the model year info on the website way late, is a major sticking point with dealers, and they are *supposedly* working on it.
OK, you get a window sticker updated, or generated, at several points in the build process. One, when it's given a blend date, again when it's actually built, and final time when it's gate released. During this time, it will become temporarily unavailable. Totally normal.
Everyone can just...
Would these work on 2023 Broncos? I have a build date, and would love to pre-emptively pick on up.
I kind of want to assume that there will need to be some sort of validation, or such, but you never know.
