I received mine a month or 2 back. Should be a fun kit. Just waiting on to finish a few projects in front of it. I am looking forward to the build since I dont often have the 1:1 reference in the driveway.
Another vote for Gaia over Onx. I have used Gaia for a lttle over 6 years. It works flawlessly on my 12" via Android Auto. I tried Onx mainly because of all the marketing, it was worthless. The website is ok but that is about it.
What are all of your preferred winch wiring methods? Anderson connector? Switch? Both? Neither?
This is how I had my Land Rover wired so I duplicated it for the Bronco. I have jump leads that connect to the battery break away and I always like having a way to isolate any add on accessories from...
Download the bronco trail ap, it not great but does have a few easy trails off the highway over Blewit. The loop by Liberty is a nice drive and easily done by a Bronco.
Missed opportunity by Toyota. They could have joined the Jeep Bronco crowd with a real off-roader especially since they lean on the FJ40 heritage. This looks to be just another big dollar station wagon.
Funny you posted this. My 2.7 was idling in park while I was winding the winch rope in and I swear it had a faint knock to it. This weekend was the first I had noticed it and I only have 2k on the clock.
I wanted to love the beads and I gave them a very fair effort. Weeks of back and forth with the manufacturer. In the end I paid a tire shop to break the tires down and remove all of the beads. ZERO problems with lead.
Not not yet. This thing delivered at a bad time for me. I am in the middle of some big projects at work and with my house. I haven't even pushed all the buttons in it yet. I plan on taking some time off in April to go find some dirt.
I ordered at every opportunity. I guess in my mind the reservation date stinks in my memory more than any of these orders and seems to be the standard that people count from. I am just curious how many people from the July launch are still out there waiting.
I know there have been a number of "my Bronco delivered and I love it" threads. This is sort of that, my journey was 964 days starting back in July of 2020. So far I am pleased with the truck with the exception of the failed hood latch after about 12 hours of ownership resulting in a non stop...
So just quoting myself here after a half sleepless night. The alarm would not stop going off and continued giving reports of the hood opening so I just left the truck unlocked. Fortunately I live in a quiet neighborhood but I have to tell you it felt odd to leave a brand new vehicle unlocked in...
Just thought I would post up here, note the time stamp of 12:19 AM. My truck has been in my hands for 14 hours and we have been greeted by the alarm repeatedly going off. I sort of had hoped to post a fun " so cool I just got my Bronco" for my first post of ownership. Hoping to catch the...
