If you go back to the build page, and zoom in on the interior, if you add the mid, you can clearly see the heated switch on the dash

Yea, I switched my reservation to Granger, when the Grand Rapids Dealers would not respond, or would not commit to any type of pricing or dealer fees-will be an easy road trip, or i will simply have it shipped

Yes, they do have the drain plugs under the carpet

I would guess they do not want you to jump ship, and maybe change your reservation to another dealership

i hope so too, Benz, Bmw etc. all offer the heated option on non leather seat upgrades, so i would be surprised if Ford doesn't include it with the mid-or they should have noted it- In Mi, that option is a must for my wife to approve on this vehicle
