Omg all of these answers are hilarious (and wrong). Your Ford pass needs to be connected in the car. Look up on youtube how to activate Fordpass. There is no way unless you have your Bronco to actually activate Fordpass.

Oh I didnt realize the Dealer Preview was in Vermont I thought it was in Texas this entire time! What I was talking about was the event for dealers. Middle of May-June for training.
