That’s probably why they sent me the baby picture today. Question for anyone in NJ who has completed their purchase… how was everything handled regarding tax and registration?

I ran the VIN again on the NHTSA site when other people had theirs getting cleared, and mine was also resolved. Best guess is that they did actually install the clips in the 10 weeks it sat on Dirt Mountain, but either Ford was behind on paperwork, or they were waiting for the fix to be approved.

I think I tied your worst case. 18 days. PCON since 7/8, but switched to Actual Placement of Car this morning. How long did yours take from that point? Can you please keep an eye out for 7078? Thank you!
  4. Seatbelt Issue Recall + Stop Sale for 2021-2023 Broncos Announced

Check your VIN here: https://www.nhtsa.gov/ If the clips were already installed, your VIN should show no recalls. If they weren’t installed, tell your dealership to get the parts now.

What’s a normal time for PCON status? Been sitting in Wilmington for 2 weeks now, since 7/8.

If you were on the seatbelt recall list, check your VIN again. I was just cleared and several other people were as well.
  7. Bronco Build Week 4/10/2023

If I hadn’t gone through the process of ordering a Wrangler when they told us to give up all our options or get bounced to 2024, only to abandon it the day it arrived on the lot bc it was the day I got my ”scheduled“ email, I’d very likely also have looked for something else. It’s a nice...

  10. NJ/NY/Delaware/Eastern Pa./MD/Ct Volume Buyers?

Hasn’t arrived yet. It’s been waiting to be unloaded from the rail car in Delaware since July 8th.
  11. NJ/NY/Delaware/Eastern Pa./MD/Ct Volume Buyers?

There’s a very good possibility the clip was installed in the 10 weeks they sat with their thumbs up their asses between building it and shipping it. But I guess that isn’t an approved service yet, so the stop sale stays in effect.
  12. NJ/NY/Delaware/Eastern Pa./MD/Ct Volume Buyers?

Depends on whether or not my discouraging seat belt has been fixed, and I’m actually allowed to buy my Bronco, or if it’s still sitting on Chapman’s lot collecting rust.

I hope so too. 10 days away from the 3year anniversary of my reservation.
  14. Chapman Of Horsham with @dealerinsider

PCON Wilmington DE means it’s waiting to be unloaded from the rail car right? I’ve been there since 7/8. (Not that it really matters when my Bronco gets to Chapman since I cant buy it.)
  15. Bronco Build Week 4/10/2023

I went to Ford chat again last night, and they confirmed mine shipped without a fix.
  16. Bronco Build Week 4/10/2023

Mine will arrive at Chapman any day now. Then just sit while I wait on the Karen recall fix to be completed.
