I called Ford to change dealer and they said it’s already converted to an order and I have to contact the dealer to change to another dealer. What’s the process now?

I figured you need a jeep or a Bronco to go on the black diamond trails but should be able to go on green trails with any other suv/pickup truck. Also wanted to checkout the trails to see how much I’d really enjoy driving on a bumpy road lol
