I do like stickers...
Are you talking about the Braptors at the KOH event? The one where one of them caught their transmission on fire? Ford should of made them use non-modified shells, I don't think it would of hurt their chances.
Hmmm... that does point out something interesting. Aluminum extrusion is going to bend easily, its good for maintaining true flatness over long runs, I've never offroaded with auto steps either so I'm mostly just rambling. I'm wondering if the Ford rep saw it tested or if they are reading from...
I agree with the assumption from earlier this is the bones of a Badlands, my initial suspicion is that the model is going to be a Badlands with the new motor and interior upgrades.
To me, thats a-ok!
a 3.0 on 35"s with a 4.7 diff is going move, they could of gone down in gearing too to make it...
They are advertising color matching gas-cans and this one had a torsion bar for the frame. 98% of the lux users also won't press the front locker button either but a unique winch would (IMO) go a long way for me, even if I'm already getting in line for this. To be fair a factor Winch would...
You certainly documented yours better than mine.
I pre-ordered on the website in 2020, got all the update emails for a long time then nothing. Looked online and the pre-order website was all messed up but my reservation was still there. Well 6 months went by, there was already a bunch of news...
Got to quantify it somehow, any price especially in this market is a lot for any vehicle. My first brand new car was a 4door coupe sedan for 11k, a car of almost the exact same caliber runs around 20k.
This is (I'm guessing) a one-off trim and those usually come with a small premium. The...
The 3.0 really is a potent engine, for a 2018 engine its surprising that we haven't seen a high-output version of this, other than the hybrid. A general look on the internet shows a whopping nothing, just one guy one youtube bragging about 450 horses he got for changing his intake and something...
I don't remember the exact numbers but the max power from ford for the 3.0 EB engine was something like 440 hp and 560ft lbs of torque, that is for the hybrid where the electric motor adds 40/60. This engine should be able to take a lot of power, not as much as the 3.5 with its reinforced...
Not sure if I'll stand around listening to some guy upsell a luxury vehicle as something else. At this point we understand how the SUV is, this is just to show off the look which I don't need to be sold on.
I would like to know if there is enough inside clearance to fit 37's without steering...
They look cool at least!
Honestly cars collecting on us isn't knew, getting upset about it now but not a cell phone is a little hypocritical because all phones collect nearly everything on you (including the active listening capability).
You are right, this precedent has already been established sadly. Smith v. Maryland | 442 U.S. 735 (1979) | Justia U.S. Supreme Court Center has been used in courts to give companies the ability to continue to collect since the people who purchased the devices understand that their activities...
If you are trying to get away from telemetrics you will have to disable any type of wireless communication with your car, BT not included. Your car will still collect them but it won't be broadcasted out.
Telemetrics are what made some people billionaires and some billionaires ultra...
for daily driver 33's over 35's, a 2 door with the 2.7 on a 3.73 can push 35's and you will notice the additional strain if you don't do the performance tune, another thing to consider is the wear on the front CV axels since you don't have a SAS, and another thing will be the speed calibration...
if the engine isn't detuned then it will be 418/440, 440 torque on a 4.7 diff is pretty overkill, even with 35's on. At this point you are more gear limited then power transfer limited.
The advertised torque numbers for the 3.0 post performance option is pretty dang high. I wouldn't be...
