For me...extend the flap up to meet/follow the wheel flare (eliminate that gap), and stop them at the bottom of the tube steps and they would be perfect. Protect the front doors, and removes the fear of contacting the ground/rocks when off road.
If you order the roof rails/crossbars from the factory, do you also get the caps for the windshield frame if you want to take the rails off?
Thanks,
Ruz
As a person with a Wildtrak on order with the tube steps, all I am hoping for is something that comes out to cover the small gap between the tube step and the body from the front. Seems the tube step does a decent job of blocking stuff from hitting the body...except for that small area.
Dearborn is the Rouge plant, where F-150 is made. Bronco is made at Michigan Assembly in Wayne. That was not mentioned in the article, unless they were referring to the already known shutdown of this week.
Yes...for mine as well it looked just like the email that was sent, but it used to work. I will check it again in a few days and see if it is just a glitch.
Ordered from my dealer and I instantly got a Ford email confirming my order was placed. Had a summary of the order in the email, and a link at the top titled 'View Online'. When I would click it, it went to a webpage that was basically the same as the email.
For some reason last night, I...
There was a member here a few weeks ago that posted a video of a group of people doing some rock crawling on what appeared to be some serious terrain, and there were several clips of a 4 door getting over an obstacle with relative ease that a 2 door could not get over...I will see if I can find...
Get what you want, simple fact is there is more room in the back of a 4 door…especially if you are going to bring the size of your son into the equation. Putting someone who is 6’7” in the back of any Bronco seems like torture any way you look at it though.
Ford has never made any comments of going all EV. They have said that they plan to offer EV versions of their most popular vehicles, so people have a choice.
Is that what you want for your vehicle...someone who is pissed off that they are out in the cold pushing snow off a vehcile with a broom, scratching the hell out of your paint?
I guess my point is nobody on a customer service line (which is what I assume you were referring to when you said 'talking to Ford') is going to know that type of information unless it was widely reported info to the public.
