I had the same issue as you did. I think they may have a bad batch or something. It took them a couple days to reply but they sent me a replacement and the replacement one works as intended with no issues.

Idk, this seems odd because I can barely hear my blinkers. Even with the music off the sound is barely audible so idk if maybe they fixed it for later models. Mine was built 1/18/2023. I would prefer it to be louder so I can actually hear it.

That's what happened to mine. I ordered replacement fittings for mine from UPR. Little more expensive but now I can replace the existing line with ease whenever I want. It just takes a little heat to remove the old fitting and then insert the new one and then let it cool and it's good to go...
