Did it give you the option to add install with the order for pickup at the local dealer?

if you add installation to the order and select a dealer on the website, it’s all pre-paid so that’s what you pay for install. I tried to get a more local dealer to match install price on keyless keypad and they said they couldn’t so I made the longer drive to save $100

Added the cargo basket to keep thieves from grabbing things out of the cargo area. From my search it seems most people use the tray with the top on and just stack stuff. Has anyone found a locking hard case that fits on top or have other secure storage solutions for use with the top off?

I had the same issue. Showed $625 on website but regular price when added to cart. I emailed them and the next morning they said they had some issues and it should be fixed. Went back to cart and checked out fine with $625 price.

I think this video removes the metal bumper used on ‘24 bd metal bumper. Just skip to the parts where they remove the electrical connectors and bumper. bd only has 1 tow hook.

Same issue I had with my ‘24 BD. I think it ended up being less bolts to remove and the entire bumper had to come off. I don’t remember exactly which bolts but the bolt in the center of the bumper they loosen in the etrailer video is not one of them. Hope you have better luck than I did removing...

Not sure. my top is off for the summer. In the fall I plan to take them off when the top goes back on. Not a fan of the visibility being blocked by the panels.

I just installed the broaddict ones yesterday to keep thieves from grabbing stuff. They seem sturdy and install was easy. Got them pretty cheap on eBay too. How to you plan to keep them from flying out the back? I stay clear of every truck I see that has a dog loose in the bed.

Ahh Makes sense. I’m one of the lucky ones in NorCal where the rain is gone til November. I think the Havoc soft top looks way better than the Bestop with the window panels off if you have to have one

Why do you need an ugly top? Just go topless for the summer. My top is in a shed until fall. I’ll throw a cover on if im not driving it for awhile. $40 Amazon bimini for shade.

I second the track tape option for temporary use. I put it on my car on track/autocross days. Cheap and Easy to apply and remove

Got it back from the shop. Xpel xr prime 35% side tint, 50% windshield tint. Xpel stealth ppf with satin black roll cage. The color changes depending on how the sun hits it. Sparkly metallic in the sun and matte in the shade. Me likey!

Went in for tint and ended up adding xpel stealth wrap with satin black roll bars. Was hesitant the stealth would kill the metallic but they put a test piece on and in the sun you still see the gloss and metallic flakes and in the shade it looks matte. Excited to see the finished product
