I agree on that gripe... was just explaining why the window switches are in the middle like a jeep. Although I dont think i'll remove the doors just out of pure laziness and not wanting to buy bags to store them. But the option to do so is nice.
My steering wheel controls cycle through presets, thats odd they change source for you. Curious if it's a base thing.
The window switches are so the power isn't live at the door plug. You hit water and it gets wet and shorts.
Same, it's the old foot pedal, pull a lever to unlatch the brake motion. I also constantly reach too far down when I do use it, I need better muscle memory.
Already took my OBX through all the potholes at the mall... Unfortunately I haven't found any trails close to my area in Iowa to do anything offroad yet, might have to leave the state.
My kids tried to convince me I need to buy 2, one for each of them, so they could have the same truck as dad. Was half proud and half sad I had to say no
Did the rough country 3.5" lift and 285/75R18 on the stock rims. Went with the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 for something a bit chunkier but also not terrible road noise. Loving it, at 6'6, I like having a truck as tall as me, and with the sidesteps, the kids can still get in.
