Nope! On normal car insurance, the insurance company pays you the market value of the insured vehicle before the "incident". If the market value is higher than you paid (or MSRP) so be it. When the used car bubble hit many payouts were for much more than people actually paid for the vehicle.

Yes, they are. I do not know what an extra 3" would have done to kill ford's budget. By trade I'm an electrician and still find it a complete PITA even with the right tools. Seems to be common across all Ford vehicles with the pass through wires added.

Got the "it has arrived" email from the dealer today, means it did arrive there yesterday. So, 898 days from reservation to delivery and 907 till I actually see it!
