Change of plans With the addition of Jtops Bimini I could not easily use supports under the roof top, so I used some straps to hoist the roof from above...

looks great! i just installed my Jtops on my 2 door velocity blue... i was torn between the black and the blue. Now that i see the blue on yours, i see that would have been a great choice, but I'm happy with the black.

It's getting there... in the second pic you can see the holes at the ends of the 2x4s. Thoes will hold 3/4" pipes then another 2x4 on the other end to hold up the front of the top. I will put this Part right behind the roll bar then stick the pipes in from the inside. Lift a few inches to...

Just saw that the top lift pro for the 2 door is delayed a bit.... so I thought what else can I try. Using an engine hoist? Rig something up to mount to the top of the hoist to go under the top and lift it up?? 🤔

thats why the only car i want to drive is the McLaren F1... driver seat in the middle!

i'm installing the JTops bimini cover, that looks to stay on fairly tight so that might be enough for my setup. the bimini top under the waterproof cab cover should keep from pooling a lot of water.
