So I fed one of the AIs the flat 2D Bronco logo and this is what came out. I'm sort of impressed with our machine overlords.
So impressed I'm printing out an even bigger one.
I spent a pleasant day exploring Clatsop State Forest in Oregon's Coast Range. I drove the Bronco along some scenic roads and stopped to check out a few quieter spots, including the trails near Flat Iron Mountain, Bloom Lake, and Lost Lake. The weather was clear and sunny, which made for nice...
This is what I did when the driver side was slow to retract. Turns out the belt and loop thing were just dirty. Due to the close tolerances on the loop thing it's not very visible although once you start cleaning it will be apparent. There are several threads on the forum about how to do it.
I have mostly stayed away from that part as there is a lot of private lands in that area. You can stay in the Forest from Vinapple to Nicolai which I may try one of these days. Not sure if this is actually possible but I'll find out.
And Nicolai is a fun little park.
Can you share the route...
The other advice is that while the radios like the Baofeng have a lot of features and options and are relatively inexpensive if you just want something that is easy to use then keep that in mind. If the group needs to change the channel are you breaking out the manual or just pressing one button?
I had to add an angle on the back so I could better see them with my glasses on. I am waiting for one day when I ask someone to use the aux switches and they hit the label instead.
Im still iterating on this. Aside from the TPU insert I’ve added a second set of screws to further enhancement the rigidity and a corresponding gusset for them. Same with ribs on the inside of the pocket. Thankfully @ejedmo5 did a brilliant job with the design so tweaking is the fun part.
While the lights are relatively expensive they really aren't that valuable. But if you are that concerned about it then just use some security hardware in a few key spots.
