My Flex has them also, but they get blocked when I fold down the seats. And my seats are always folded down. That's why the roof vents are important. The roof vents also work independently from the front vents, which is a plus. Since cold air drops, roof vents are more efficient.
I live in Arizona so the rear vents are important to me. I run my AC year round. My Flex has roof vents in the rear which work great, especially since I haul my dog around all the time. Vents under the seat are useless to be because I fold all the rear seats down flat for my dog. Without a fixed...

Added the steel bumper and bash plates to my Wildtrack build also. Both vehicles have identical options except the disconnect system standard on the Badlands. Maybe the disconnect system adds a lot of weight?
I have priced a 4-dr Wildtrack with Lux & towing pkg, and you can add the Hard Top Sound Deadening Headliner. If I do the same with a Badlands, 4-dr, 2.7, auto & sasquatch, I can't add the headliner deadening. Wouldn't both these vehicles be the same weight? Is this just a B&P issue with the BL?
I'm definately getting a new Bronco, not now, but a 2022, but I was also considering the new electric Hummer. This was a teaser posted today. WhaT do you think?
