I got so much feedback and views from the first "Base Bronco is a Price Hack" video (posted on July 1), that I published a Part 2.
In this version I go over:
1. I show you how the Bronco Base overlaps with the Bronco Sport by using Build and Price. Also I will show you how the price is...
Yes. I clicked the box for "Kids" as I thought it meant "kid friendly" when publishing... But it actually blocks the comments if you do that. Corrected. Comments work now.
I suppose getting a price hack allows some to enjoy it more! But I am compromising, no doubt and I will eagerly want to hear stories of the Sasquatches going out into the wild.
I think you may be right in terms of dropping the Base. BB will just become the base then.
Good news if you can get a Base 2-door because the market for a $22-25K used Bronco with 60K miles on it should be strong in about 5 years.
You are 100% correct. In effect, I am giving no value to those options. For me, they don't have value, because my use case is to have a Bronco and then upgrade it over time.
Fair enough. Also, my projections for resale may be off. Perhaps the Broncos with more features end up having a higher residual/resale (as a percentage), so you end up benefiting on the back end.
Actually, you point out a nuance that is left off my video because I did not know that you CAN get a manual with the Big Bend 4-door and that should be factored into the price jump.
In theory, for the 4-door, I need to INCREASE the jump from Base to Big Bend by $1600 to account for going from...
Here are the three charts that I cover in the video.
Even you cannot watch the entire video, it would be great to get your reaction to these.

How much more is the Base...
I figure I can do it over many years. For me the anticipation is part of the fun. I can get the bronco then shop for a second set of wheels and tires over 6 months, for example.
I am not into that yet. But I will probably be tempted after doing the Rodeo. That is OK, I am not not likely to do anything to my daily driver that would risk damage.
I reserved on July 14 2020 (early morning) and I expect my Bronco to built on July 12, 2021.
I decided to share a video to share my thoughts...
In the video, I will tell you why the 2021 Base Bronco 2-Door is a price hack and a fantastic deal relative to the Jeep Wrangler, the 4-Door, and to...
I have not been checking for a while and tried today. The site crashed. Then I tried my bookmark on my laptop, and I now have a window sticker!
I was scheduled build on week of 7/5, but I was told that on May 15. I assume it is delayed.
