Poly bushings will outlast the rubber bushings, and your front suspension will likely feel slightly stiffer and/or more prone to vibration and road noise, but will pivot much smoother. If you’re spending more time onroad than off, rubber bushings will preserve your existing ride quality.

Yep, it can be pieced together on the Ford parts site, but if I’m not mistaken, between the mounting brackets, the rails and the steps, the price was in the thousands.
