Still on the original but it’s cracked to heck and getting replaced soon made it almost 4 years.

If you pop that cover off under it is the pivots points for the active shutters. Without removing the shutters you won’t gain much and it looks ugly without the cover.

The doors look great. The ability to snap in some panels would be awesome as now we don’t go too far without a vehicle cover with the doors off.

I’d advise against the Eibach’s. I was a supporter but less than 20k miles and under 2 years mine are junk. All are seeping oil one blew its oil all over the frame front control arms. Eibachs response no warranty you used it off road.

UPDATE: BDS is sending new uniballs out free of charge. I emailed tech support after thinking about what the sales person had said since I didn’t have purchase paperwork. So they a re willing to stand behind their product. 👍

Has held up fine the stock coilovers gave out about 33k miles and started leaking oil so we swapped to the Eibach coilovers. We moved the 37’s to our second Bronco and have nearly 50k miles on it. Things we have learned. Upgrade to steering rack to the severe duty or one of the aftermarket...

It isn’t the look that is the issue. The problem is you can see daylight through it. It’s not even covering what’s needed. For a mid $50k vehicle and only a few years old it’s just disappointing.

We can and have done it every way possible I agree front flipped back makes the windows way easier to install. But ours still rides up. This is our second soft top bronco we love the functionality of it. I was hoping to get 5 years out of it before replacing. It is a wear item in a convertible.
