My pizza tracker is the same. I woke up this morning and checked. Still in production week for 1/10. No window sticker.
The only thing getting me through without much anxiety is that my dealer gave me a build day earlier this week. He gave me 1/13. So far, I haven’t seen any window stickers for...
Exciting! Looks like a blend date of Monday and Wednesday so far! Excited to see where everyone falls in line. Don't forget to update the spreadsheets now you have window stickers!
Check to see if you have a window sticker. Apparently for the 1/3 build week they are finally dropping them. I don't have one. You might. Mine also says "In Production".
In stalking the 1/3 and 12/20 Build Week, this is what I have learned about our Bronco:
Tear Tag is the first sign of life. Going from nothing to something means it is starting. DAA is a placeholder for 4-door and DGA is a placeholder for 2-door.
Mods popping are the next item to watch for as...
ha! I am blessed with a mild case of COVID so I have been on this all week… out of isolation next week during our build week, so that may impact my job performance!
with everything bookmarked I can quickly check between meetings and interactions!
All I can see is my build week. My dealer* said I have a specific date of 1/13 in their system. He also provided a disclaimer that it holding depends on part availability. If they can change build weeks, they can change build days too. I do wonder if this would be the blend date if the window...
If I were a betting man I would be broke... From past threads, the information had historically been updated on Thursdays. I think making it through last nights round is a good sign. I have seen others bumped on the eve of their build week. Our next hurdle will be Thursday. If all we get is the...
Here are the differences in the two sites:
This is the "tracking" site: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/ where you enter your dealer (four digit) order number and VIN.
This is the "back door" site: https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=XXXXX where you copy and paste...
This is the site to use:
https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=XXXXX
Replace the last XXXXX with your original order number - mine is eight digits long. This would not be the four digit one from the dealer. This site gives me the build date and production status.
In the limited data that we have on the spreadsheet, I did some data cleaning of those who have been bumped - looking for a trend or smoking gun. At first, it appears that those with Mid/High packages were getting hit hardest. Then I thought it looked like it was balancing out. Once I checked...
I added it to my OBX for $1500 and felt that was worth it. It is on my wife’s Expedition and it is handy. It’s a “push it and forget it” feature. I can see you driving up a mountain road to snowboard and selecting it just in case you find some ice or wet pavement that creates slick conditions...
We are living in scary times with all these bumps… the bright side though? Ford may have gotten their email notification issues for build dates fixed.
I am home with COVID (I think I got it from stalking 1/3 Build Week posts) so I have all the time in the world to hit refresh and troll the forum.
I just got an email reply from my dealer. I emailed him yesterday to see if they had a build date or any specific information. Pending no delays, their system shows my build date of 1/13.
I predict he pulled this moments before his email this morning around 9…
