Looks like you swapped out the left switch pack since you don't have ACC, does everything else work other than the paddle shifters? Did you have to reprogram anything with forscan?

Do you still have HD Radio if you remove navigation? I'm wondering if they just installed the High trim APIM instead of the Lux APIM when you did that and kept the other Lux options.

That's what I was afraid of :( Some of the only half-decent radio stations around here are sub-channels on HD stations either rebroadcasting low power stations or entirely different formats. Guess if I downgrade from Lux I'll be 100% streaming on the road.

No, there is a camera in the rear-view mirror/windshield that most of the other nanny features relies on (emergency braking), the ACC module is only for radar cruise, turn off the ACC and it gets ignored.
