Yea same as mine, the rail car got to the auto ramp yesterday around 2:30 pm

Dealer update, eta of 3/28 - 4/05. Even with it being shipped on the 10th. Let’s get these trains moving quicker

Also just got the email saying mine was going under Quality checks even though it was shipped on the 11th

Just spoke to customer service, apparently my truck shipped last Friday but has been sitting at the ramp since Friday

That’s interesting, everyone I’ve spoke to that on Norfolk Southern starts with TTGX, and of course mine has to start with NS lol

Does anyone else have a rail cart number yet?

i just tried NS as the abbreviation with the number, and it worked and its in the direction it should be going lol. Who knows at this point. At least i know its on a train heading my way

All the ford chat told me, was that i was Norfolk Southern 171033. So i'm not sure if i'm missing a piece of the puzzle

So if i didnt get any letters before the number section, should i just put in 8849?

So i got my rail car number out of the ford chat feature. But its through NS and not quiet sure how to track it.
