There is ZERO chance the headrests are supposed to be that tilted forward permanently. Take it in.

They should all be adjustable. If you pull them all the way forward and they don’t release, then that’s a problem. They should function the same as any other Ford headrest.

I have about every constraint possible with the exception of 2 door. I have been moved 5x and finally settled next week 8/5. I had a VIN since April.

That is 100% false. I had a VIN since April snd my window sticker just dropped on Monday. I used that link daily from April and always said the sticker has not been released. Check back later.

Did you add any accessories? If so they maybe will be shipping it to a place near the plant to install. Mine says MI and I’m in MN. I got paint protection film added to mine.

Planning on leasing so I don’t care. That’s the risk you take buying a first year model of anything.
