GTI is still probably my favorite daily driver Iāve ever owned. I think I read going forward there wonāt be manuals offered anymore which is insane to me lol
Yes, but thatās also not gonna be great with 3.73sā¦. Iād only do it with the lightweight factory Good Year territories⦠donāt go throwing 65 lb+ LT tires on it. Good news is you can also get brand new Sasquatch wheels/tires for cheap on marketplace (about $1500). Those plus Sasquatch shocks and...
Anything bigger than 33s with 3.73 gears is prob not a good idea. Get a set of sas takeoff shocks for a really nice 1.5ishā lift that isnāt super expensive - still looks good with 33s but will give you the little extra clearance you r gonna want off-road every now and then. Get skid plates too...
You arenāt going to want to hear this, but stick to 33s max with 3.73 gears. No way you should put 37s on with that setup. Please donāt listen to all the idiots that say itās fine. Just get Sasquatch takeoff shocks for the lift. They will give you all the clearance you need for up to 37s (again...
I got an electric power washer when I started riding sxs and it just never really did the job with caked on mud and also various tasks around the house. Ended up getting a small Simpson gas model (Honda motor) and itās so much better for every situation. Super easy on gas too. Just my .02ā¦...
Welp, you all convinced me. Hard to reproduce the exact color in pictures but I like how these are darker than expected. Has a nice contrast against a black grill, but definitely more subdued than the white letters. Still not sure if I like them more than the blacked out letters but they are on...
Most significant thing you could do is drop to like a 33ā tire size and go with P rated tires but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying a Wildtrak⦠plus youād then be switching fender flares, recalibrating speedo, etc. The Goodyear 35s are already like the lightest option in that size...
Sometimes I like the look of my blacked out base grill and sometimes I feel like it could use a little pop. Havenāt seen many examples of the OEM bronze letters but think Iād like those more than standard white or various other overlays out there. I donāt really plan on putting anything else...
I installed factory sas takeoff Billsteins on my standard Big Bend this past weekend and now I need to get an alignment done⦠the issue is Iām not sure which model specs to use for said alignment.
I have the standard factory Badlands wheels (non beadlock) with 33ā KO2s installed, so my initial...
IMO, if you donāt get the manual you are majorly missing out - Itās so good. Absolutely the most impactful option to have on the vehicle. Totally changes the experience.
Honestly after having it awhile I donāt think itās worth the extra $20 to fill up with premium every time *cue all the goofballs that proclaim you can still run 87 with the tune*. I have a manual trans though which seems to have less pronounced gains than tune with the auto.
That boat is 13ā - no issues at all on Freeway Iāve driven across the state with it multiple times. The crossbar max spread is somewhere between 3 and 4 feet so more like a truck bed rack - good support for longer items.
Iāve had all three mainline tops. Itās not that bad given what it is, but probably still louder than anything but a Wrangler which deff can get old on long trips. I travel for work a bit and itās annoying taking calls in the Bronco. The Trektop is quitter than both factory tops as long as you...
I replaced the stock wheels/Duellers with 33ā Badlands wheels/KO2s. I went from 21ish combined to 19 combined. I now run 93 octane with the performance tune and Iām back to 21 combined (but paying more for gas obviously). The KO2s definitely ride rougher being heavier duty tires and the...
The Bronco is comfortable for long commutes but the wind noise does get old after a while. The OBX non sasquatch will get the best gas mileage⦠I would get that trim over BD for your situation. When my Big Bend was stock, I got about 25/26 mpg on the freeway using cruise/going the speed limit...
