It means Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. It is the maximum amount of weight that that Ford thinks can safely be added to the veihicle. This minus your vehicles weight is your payload capacity.
My plan is get a 4th gen 4runner while I save up. Between saving and vehicle depreciation I am sure I can get exactly what I want in a couple years. The only sacrifice is I have to wait longer.
How well do you think the steal armor on the BD and BL will hold up in heavy salting states? The road in Ohio turn white with the amount of salt they put down.
1- The modular hard top also includes planted grill and mirrors. The 4 door has more than 3 removable sections (I think it is something like 6). It also lets you take off the back window which you cannot do with the modular hardtop on the 2 door.

Does anybody know if this will increase the static and dynamic weight limit of the Broncos roof? Looks like the wranglers roof racks for tents have to tie into the frame in order to support the weight.
I'm always going think about how changing weather can effect a trail because of that video. Especially in high altitude places like CO.

I believe those are the optional 33 inch MT tires that you can get on the Bad Lands. It looks like your top picture has the same tread pattern as in the picture WuNgUn posted. The different rims maybe one of the different rims options mentioned for the Bad Land on the Ford website.
I was a bit concerned about this too so I re-watched the video that Last Line of Defense posted of the 2 door Bronco. At about the 8 minute mark you can get a view of the drain plugs in the back.
I would be interested in knowing if there will be other rooftop tent options. Hopefully cheaper than the one they have showed us and doesn't require replacing the roof.
I would like to edit your speed limit to 45-85 mph. People drive fast where I am at.
