Sorry if this is a stupid question, I have not followed much in the past year due to constant disappointment. In my situation, will production take place being they issued a VIN number or is this a pipe dream? Don't want to get my hopes up for no reason. Thanks
I don't know if this means anything but I received an email that my Bronco is set for production the week of August 1st. They did issue me a VIN number as well. I have no idea if this will be reality though.
Try calling "Craig Fronek" at Butler Ford, he is on top of what's going on with the Bronco. No dealer additional mark up and they accept the X plan no problem. They continue to reach out to me, send Ford updates via email and answer any questions regardless if your reservation is with them.
Well good luck getting any service from Crater Lake Ford. They recently let their GM go and he was a great guy, cared about the customers. The recently new GM is a Lithia Motors super star that only cares about maximum profit and no customer service. Most of the long time employees have moved...
Novice question here, why would a dealer not accept X plan if Ford allows it? Does it cost the dealership money? Second question, Is Damerow going to offer this deal on there website or only if you email them?
I tried to order a new super duty a month ago and Crater Lake Ford said they could not order one. I called Butler Ford in Ashland and they had it ordered the same day. I did speak with Craig Fronek at Butler Ford regarding the Bronco and they committed to no ADM and accepting of the X plan and...
I am waiting until October to see if ANY dealer on the west coast will sell at invoice and accept X plan. So far no luck, local Ford dealer bought out by Lithia Motors and customer service is very low on the list. I tried to order a new 2020 F350 Super Duty a month ago, they said they could not...
We should not hold our breath, we have to many Lithia dealerships in our region. Hard to believe in this entire country there are only two great dealerships.
It is very nice to see that there are at least two dealers in this country that are concerned with building customer relationships. They see the value of building long term customers rather than beating every dollar they can from a one time transaction. Every western states dealer I have spoke...
