Maybe they will send you another hammock... Seriously though, that sucks. I am a dealer and have cars transported all over the country. This has only happened to me once, they dropped the top of the trailer on a Bentley. It took a year to get it taken care of with an attorney handling it.
If they made an FJ with a removable top, I wouldn't have even reserved a bronco. I put 200k miles on mine and other than regular maintenance the only repair it ever needed was an alternator.
Most franchise dealers charges a dealer fee. If they do not charge you one, they have to refund every person they ever charged it to. At least that is how it is in Florida, they will not take it off but sometimes you can get them to back it out of the sale price.
