    Mine has never been fixed. Even after my original order changed. Finally got a VIN and build date (3/25), but still the original model photo. Does it really matter any more?

    Dealer said I'm in 03/21/2022 Build Week Group. Reservation date: 07/20/2020. 2021 Order date: 01/20/2021. 2022 Order date: 11/02/2021. Ford customer server rep confirmed VIN and had no order holds for chips or parts (including slide out tailgate option).

    When did you get your VIN? My dealer says my BD is scheduled for 3/21, but I haven’t been officially notified by ford via email or website. Wonder is there is a correlation with build date and VIN notification.
