Guess it depends on where you live and what you do... I live on a dirt road at the top of a 'hill', so mine will get a bath whenever I go drive in town, especially after I take a scenic drive on the Olympic peninsula :)

Lots of remote workers making money in home sales (im in WA state) to move to a state with lower tax rates and cheaper homes while being paid the same. Also, alot moving to TX as our gun buying/ownership laws are starting to get alot more restrictive.

I'm fairly lucky, I drive less than 2k a year at this point since working remote (now permanent for me). And the Olympic mountains are an hour drive away. So, as long as my Hotspot works, my new remote working will get to include some trails!

No bugout needed here. Live up the side of small mountain, water on one side. Have neighbors, but were all partially self sufficient. About 30 homes up here till the top.

Being 5'10" I was worried about leg room. Went with the Wildtrak squatch. October res so hopefully I'll atleast get it in December. But I do want all the extras since I've not liked anything else I've test driven in the last almost 4 years (thats when I was SUPPOSED to get a new vehicle)...

Got my SHEFOOT plate accepted! Now waiting for them to come (will sit on my old trailazer) until my Wildtrak gets here.... hopefully December, lol
