Hi guys,
Apparently a piece of plastic snapped inside the clutch master cylinder rubber boot (had a friend who's a mechanic look at it) today, which caused the clutch pedal to raise and rest on the dash.
I already texted my service rep, so I'm hoping to get an apt set up on Monday morning.
Is...
Good info. Thanks! Yeah, my clutch pedal squeaks and its really annoying. Took it to the dealership and they would have to take the entire clutch apart, so thats a month without my Bronco. Engagement and all other aspects of the clutch feels great.
So is it worth it buying that spring and...
My startup animation randomly disappeared. I took it to the dealership and they performed a reset (that anyone has access to). Didn't resolve the issue and really don't feel like going back for them to plug it in and re install Sync 4.
Those Reddit posts are getting old. Also, do yourself a favor and do not park next to anyone else besides another Bronco. I make it a habit to park away from literally everyone and it has worked in my favor.
On my Big Bend I upgraded my tires to the Falken Wildpeak 285/70/17, running boards, trail armor (to hide the pinch welds), gloss black rear Bronco emblem, color matched "Bronco" lettering for the grill, custom painted rear Ford emblem (Area 51/gloss black), stubby antenna and I have body...
Wondering what the dealership costs just to adjust to slightly bigger tires for how ever many hours of work. Going to give my dealership a call. Really dont feel like screwing with this in Forscan. Audio adjustments was easy regardless.
I have this intake on my 2.3 manual. And yes, it was a pain to install. However, my concern revolves around the difficulty of cleaning the filter, as cleaning it on the stock intake took 2 min, vs this looks like its a matter of pulling off or pushing to the side the turbo inlet pipe, then...
"Look at me everyone - I wanted to be just like all the trendy, hipsters, so I bought a Wrangler, and now I'm going to 'bro it out' like everyone else does too! I'm cool now!"
I'm highly considering doing this swap from 8 inch to 12 inch. I think in the long run its really going to bring more value as its not a bad investment. I think I might pull the trigger on this sometime in June.
Could you provide insight to how you installed this amp and hooked it up to the kick panel speakers? I might really consider picking up this sub too. Also, how does it sound?
Slightly relevant - The start up animation on my Bronco is officially gone. Also, when attempting to change the time, it completely locks up. Only resolution is to pull battery terminal. I have an apt this Friday for Sync 4 to be reloaded....yay.
