Well that's an easy question to answer, to make more money and make customers happy. Ford makes zero dollars from a hypothetical bronco being sold at a car show in 30 years, but they can make money today just by selling more broncos with more expensive options.

But Ford also didn't have to limit the number of heritage limiteds. As I said before, they're leaving money on the table by not allowing more people to to get a fully-loaded heritage themed bronco. I would gladly pay more for a heritage if ford would let me add the high or lux package to it...

This is reason 428 why I don't buy brand-new vehicles. I was loving the sound of the MGV, and the early reviews were very positive. Then summer arrived, and with it posts like these! I'm definitely going with cloth or leather when I get mine.
