Buy it. You'll have at least a year's window where you could sell it off (and enjoy it) while still breaking even. Maybe circumstances get better in the mean time and you can keep it. Maybe not, but I'm sure there would still be plenty of people or dealers willing to take it off your hands.

The active shutters are located just behind the grille. They control airflow into the engine bay for various reasons. There was an internal engineering bulletin to rewire. (presumably to a thicker gauge but that's a total guess.) It's a front bumper off fix. My theory is that they rolled this...
