  4. How long does it take to assemble a Bronco?

Correct, mine was “produced” on January 28 missing chips. It then sat on ice mountain and was “built” on May 23, and then arrived at the dealership on June 16. Mine also had 139 miles on the odometer when it arrived. It is not a shippable unit until it is “built”

  10. Do I Buy This Bronco?

I also say go for it, but this is a great point. Between the tax, dealer fees, and motor vehicle titling work to the original buyer, that could add easily another couple thousand dollars to the transaction, and then you would still have to pay sales tax and registration when you buy and register...

  12. Positive features/aspects of the Bronco that you were not expecting

I am amazed at how easy the soft top is to operate. At first the clips for the windows and some finer points felt clumsy, but now I take it down and put it back up in just a few minutes. Way easier than any jeep I have ever owned. I do have IAG soft top struts which do help, but overall its...
  13. 🛠 01/24/22 Build Week Group

If you have a few hundred miles of driving under your belt before you travel you should be fine. Usually if there are any factory screw ups or faulty new parts they appear in the first few hundred miles…..
  14. Ford damaged vehicle being sold as new

Agreed. And if Ford is repairing it you would probably never know anything was wrong. With mass production and high volume shipping, damages are more common than we think…..we just see it more first hand now because we all started tracking our Broncos every move!!

  17. Bronco Slipstream Security Enclosure

Just received my slipstream today, and of course could not wait to install it when I got home from work. It took me about three hours, but I was super careful to watch and rewatch (instructions via youtube video) each step so I did not have to go backwards and take things apart. Honestly, it was...

all the original stuff is molded black plastic……they changed to that on the 22 wildtraks
  20. IAG Hood Struts Installed

Installed the IAG hood struts tonight. The install was super straightforward and easy, and took about 20 minutes. They work awesome, and lift the hood about 7 1/2 inches higher than the stock prop rod. This makes working underneath the hood so much easier. I highly recommend this relatively...
