Correct, mine was “produced” on January 28 missing chips. It then sat on ice mountain and was “built” on May 23, and then arrived at the dealership on June 16. Mine also had 139 miles on the odometer when it arrived. It is not a shippable unit until it is “built”

Between the tax, dealer fees, and motor vehicle titling work to the original buyer, that could add easily another couple thousand dollars to the transaction, and then you would still have to pay sales tax and registration when you buy and register...

If you have a few hundred miles of driving under your belt before you travel you should be fine. Usually if there are any factory screw ups or faulty new parts they appear in the first few hundred miles…..

Agreed. And if Ford is repairing it you would probably never know anything was wrong. With mass production and high volume shipping, damages are more common than we think…..we just see it more first hand now because we all started tracking our Broncos every move!!
