The problem isn't about holding you in in a accident. The windshield is a support for the airbags when they go off. If it blows it out then it has no support to do its job.

The problem is that Ford spends millions on research and development to make sure everything works right together. Aftermarket companies are out to make as much money as they can so they spend little to none. Its very rare that things Aftermarket work as good as factory developed.

Each to their own. I've never cared for the greys it looks like they sprayed the primer but never finished the paint job. I think carbonized grey is ok. I also think area 51 is blah so I guess everyone is different and has different tastes.

Metal will rust just like concrete will crack. What is the deal with everybody worrying about every little spec of rust. If the body rusts then worry about it. Unpainted surface will get surface rust.

The build date is the date it went down the line not the finished date and will be the date on the sticker. I can look at oasis and it shows my built date as 4/11 which is my actual blend date and released date as 6/19 which is the finished date.

I can't remember. I do know they were cleaning the assembly line tracks. So there was a lot of work going on just not on the vehicles. There were cabs hanging in the air and frames on the ground headed to each other to "blend".

I have toured the F150 plant in Dearborn during the summer shut down. They do not finish the vehicles on the line. They just shut the line down at quitting time. So if your Bronco is not complete then it will sit half done until they go back to work.

Its all money if they sell them they make money. If they don't then they don't make money. They want as many as they can get because they are sold and the money is just sitting out they not being made.

The vin list i was looking at is units assigned to our dealership. I am the service manager and so I can see vehicles in our area that need recalls done.

I just looked at our recall vin list and mine shows up with the recall and it is released but not shipped yet.
