Not really, this is because the check ball in the pump isn't sealing and holding the system pressurized. Not that the fuel pump itself isn't running. Sometimes if the pump quits working you can hit the bottom of the fuel tank and get it to run again for a bit.

Probably a fuel pump that is draining back fuel pressure instead of holding system pressurized. Try cycling the start button several times without having foot on brake before starting. If it then starts normal your fuel pressure is draining down. Could be a fuel injector but most likely a fuel...

Good news is they get alot shipped in July when they shut the plant down for a couple weeks. Mine sat on hold, wasn't a chip issue. Then during the shut down they finally finished it. I know it sucks but mine was April 4th blend and I finally got it in August. You just never know.

Thats not a ADM sticker. Its a normal sticker that they all have that tells you what percentage of parts are from what countries. I work at a dealership and see them on every vehicle Ford builds.
