  1. Door panel gap

My passenger side door is off, took it to the dealer’s body shop and had them look at it. They had me make an appointment to have it fixed. Took it in for the appointment, they kept it the whole day and then decided not to do anything. They claimed they were afraid if they tried adjusting it I...
  2. Mesh grill inserts installed on Big Bend

I just put these on mine today, I'm not a fan of the Big Bend grille but these make it look a lot better in my opinion. It's at least tolerable now until I can find a good deal on a Base or Black Diamond grille. I didn't like that they came shiny so I sprayed them with Plasti Dip.
  3. Forscan and 2023 models?

The code is still there under the PSCM module but it no longer works. When I was messing with it I also found references for auto start/stop in several other modules but I didn’t wanna be the guinea pig and start changing that stuff without knowing exactly what it does. At this point I would...
  4. Hood sitting a little low on the driver side at the rear. Anyone tried adjusting the hinges?

It sounds like your latch may need to be adjusted some. So far I've only had mine on the highway once but I didn't notice any movement. That's another concern I have with mine. If I go messing around with the hood I might end up with the flapping issue.
  5. Hood sitting a little low on the driver side at the rear. Anyone tried adjusting the hinges?

I agree. Shimming between the upper hinge arm and the hood appears to be the best option so far. Seems like a little shim there and then bring the bumper down a little would set it about right. You're right about the base of the hinge. With the way it bolts to the fender I don't see any way it...
  6. Hood sitting a little low on the driver side at the rear. Anyone tried adjusting the hinges?

Unfortunately I've already tried adjusting the bump stops and it doesn't appear to have any effect on the issue as it's low at the rear and level at the front. I can lift and hold the hood about a foot above the rubber bumpers and still see it sitting lower on the drivers side compared to the...
  7. Hood sitting a little low on the driver side at the rear. Anyone tried adjusting the hinges?

Yup it definitely seems stuff like this is the norm and not the exception. Whenever I see an issue on mine I can usually find examples that are way worse so I try to tell myself it could always be worse. Really sad that Ford designed such a cool vehicle for them to get botched like this on the...
  8. Hood sitting a little low on the driver side at the rear. Anyone tried adjusting the hinges?

The hood alignment on the passenger side is pretty much perfect but on the driver side it's flush with the fender at the front but dips down to about 1/8" - 1/4" low at the rear (it really sucks being OCD). It was initially a little off at the front as well but I was able to get it in line with...
  9. Forscan EQ and rear speakers settings for 2023 my Broncos

Thank you for the info! So if the factory EQ is only a pass filter to the rear that would make sense, I was thinking it was something Ford had applied to the front as well to try and compensate for the crappy factory speakers. I wasn't sure what the factory cutoff to the rear was so if it also...
  10. Forscan EQ and rear speakers settings for 2023 my Broncos

Today I upgraded the dash and rear speakers with the Kicker 4" and 300hz blockers. It sounded a little better but not a whole lot. I then did the suggested Forscan changes to flatten the EQ and send full range to the rear speakers but I'm not getting the expected results. I've tried a few...
  11. Forscan and 2023 models?

I received my ELM327 today and was pretty bummed when the auto start/stop disable didn't work on my '23 as that was the main reason I bought it. At least the annoying double honk is gone though. Guess I'll have to keep her in sport mode until a fix is discovered.
