  1. Can't find a shop willing to patch my SAS-beadlocks so just live with my plug-job?

Thanks. I'm aware of the road use issue/concerns. Our State and County have dropped inspections for renewals so no problem there; and my insurance guy happens to be a long time dear friend so I'm not worried there either. But thanks for the reminder. As to why convert?, for off-road use. We do...
  2. Can't find a shop willing to patch my SAS-beadlocks so just live with my plug-job?

Thanks guys. I've always lived with my plug jobs before but this being the first new vehicle I've gotten for myself in 30yrs, I guess I'm just over thinking. It didn't occur to me to just to take off the beauty rings myself; easy fix if I decide to still try to get a patch. So any thoughts on...
  3. Can't find a shop willing to patch my SAS-beadlocks so just live with my plug-job?

I've already picked up a nail in my brand new Bronco so I plugged it last night. What a b!tch trying to get the plug in this thing by the way! I've probably got 3 plugs in the wife's Explorer and at least 3 or 4 in my F250. (The whole damn town is under construction). Anyway, since this is...

  6. Did I Make A Mistake?

Don't discount the value of shift on the fly transfer case. It's easier to go into 4H when needed.
  7. Bronco fuel theft.

  10. Braptor or Wildtrak

Just to clarify (sorry if someone already mentioned this) all MY24 Badlands come with the upgraded steering rack and goodies included. Not that this should alter the advice you have above regarding the WT v Br.
  11. PACKOUT plate install w/rear seat delete

Looks like a rear seat delete? Are these just screwed down on whatever your platform is? And, with the pack-outs loaded is it difficult to get them off the plate and back out through the back? Carrying tools on/to the farm myself, I’m really interested. Thx

  19. Soft Top Owners Caution: Vehicle Height With Top Open

kinda reminds me of an old pilot's adage I heard: There are 2 kinds of pilots, those that forgot and landed without the gear down... and those that will.
  20. Bronco start up animation stopped displaying on 2021 Bronco screen

For what it's worth, the center screen graphic start up with the tumbling rocks - bronco transition went away for new models sometime late '23-early'24. Our 1stQ my23 Badlands had it and the my24 Badlands does not. The start-up is simply a bronco silhouette fade in kinda thing. Another thread...
