  1. Auxiliary Wires at Firewall?

Yep… those stubbed wires are for the Upfitter switches which now is available. Unfortunately I don’t know what all is entailed in wiring up the switch but I think it’s got a plug for it up above the mirror. Not sure if fuses for it are already there?
  2. AC blowing warm air

Try turning climate ā€œAutoā€ function OFF and see if problem still exists.
  3. Windshield cowl fluttters

Glad you solved the issue. Things like that drive me crazy!!šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼
  4. Poll - are both of these spare tire lugs tight?

According to owners manuals only Raptor spare lugs are torqued to 66lbs, ā€œnon Raptorā€ 41lbs. Nothing is said of tire size.
  5. Windshield cowl fluttters

Could any of the wires you ran be interfering with the clips seating fully?
  6. Backup camera housing defect

Zooming in on photo, almost looks like it was cracked and somebody attempted a (poor)plastic weld fix. Have it replaced while still under warranty. If it was out of warranty I would seal up what looks like a crack by plastic welding it.
  7. Interior Fan a/c & Heat

Yeppers….thats how to turn off the climate control systemšŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼
  8. Rear Tailgate Won't Unlock

There are previous posts here with same problem and seems as though low battery was the problem. Could try using Fob to lock, then unlock and then lock again and then try using the proximity sensor to see if it works. But low battery has been culprit for many. Could check battery voltage with...
  9. Poll - are both of these spare tire lugs tight?

Found it.Here’s from 2025 Manual….only differentiation that’s made is Raptor or non Raptor
  10. Poll - are both of these spare tire lugs tight?

Is there a change? Raptor spare lugs are 66ftlbs but non Raptor used to be 41ftlbs for spare lugs unless that’s a new change for ā€˜25?
  11. Interior Fan a/c & Heat

I think if climate system is turned ā€œOffā€ the fan will not run.
  12. 2025 Bronco Raptor Valve Stems

Never had problems with stems on my Raptor. Same old chuck I’ve used on many tires… Edit…sorry didn’t see it was ā€˜25, mines a ā€˜23

Glad you were able to find the problem and finish your project!!
  14. Issues with installing grille after installing grille lights

Could the lights you added or wire harness be causing some clearance issue/making contact with something that’s keeping grill from sitting flush?
  15. Stress cracks on 2022 hard top

Welcome to the club unfortunately. Many owners have had hard top cracks, me included, in process of waiting for rear piece to come in, middle section (4dr) already came in. If you haven’t checked already, a common place for cracks is around rear side windows. Sometimes searching from above will...
  16. Windshield accessory mount cover - Oxford White

Just an option, they sell the replacements but only in gloss black and carbon fiber as far as I know. If you’re handy you could always get color matched spray paint and clear and save some $$$. Hopefully you get one somebody doesn’t need.
  17. Light bar diffuser recommendations?

Are you looking for ā€œwind diffuserā€ to mitigate wind noise or an actual diffuser for the lights themselves? ZROADZ makes wind diffusers for light bars.
  18. 2.7 engine cover

I’ve always cautioned myself on adding an engine cover made out of metal, in this case aluminum as I feel it would contribute to higher engine temps. Not sure if it would or not, just my thought. I would consider adding one if made of plastic like many other car makers have on theirs.
  19. Error Code P0451

I’ve had this happen on an F-150 I owned and a buddy’s Mercedes did the same thing. Both popped an Evap code shortly after getting gas…..in both situations we topped off the tank. Codes cleared short time later. I chalked it up to fuel getting in the vent line and some making it to the evap...
