Yep… those stubbed wires are for the Upfitter switches which now is available. Unfortunately I don’t know what all is entailed in wiring up the switch but I think it’s got a plug for it up above the mirror. Not sure if fuses for it are already there?

Try turning climate “Auto” function OFF and see if problem still exists.

According to owners manuals only Raptor spare lugs are torqued to 66lbs, “non Raptor” 41lbs. Nothing is said of tire size.

Could any of the wires you ran be interfering with the clips seating fully?

Zooming in on photo, almost looks like it was cracked and somebody attempted a (poor)plastic weld fix. Have it replaced while still under warranty. If it was out of warranty I would seal up what looks like a crack by plastic welding it.

I think if climate system is turned “Off” the fan will not run.

Never had problems with stems on my Raptor. Same old chuck I’ve used on many tires… Edit…sorry didn’t see it was ‘25, mines a ‘23

Just an option, they sell the replacements but only in gloss black and carbon fiber as far as I know. If you’re handy you could always get color matched spray paint and clear and save some $$$. Hopefully you get one somebody doesn’t need.

Are you looking for “wind diffuser” to mitigate wind noise or an actual diffuser for the lights themselves? ZROADZ makes wind diffusers for light bars.

I’ve always cautioned myself on adding an engine cover made out of metal, in this case aluminum as I feel it would contribute to higher engine temps. Not sure if it would or not, just my thought. I would consider adding one if made of plastic like many other car makers have on theirs.
