    In my experience the only thing the Ford customer service 800-334-4375 people were good at. I had similar issues and they used my VIN and figured out my name was transposed and corrected it. MIght give them a try tomorrow. Beautiful Bronco! Love that green with the black wheels.

    My dealer said when it's about to be delivered they can see the movement on the VIN view. and there have been no movement breadcrumbs on mine. It is comical... especially how the top of the Ford "tracker" website they are always so excited to suggest we check for the "most up to date...
