Ford pays dealer installation costs? You sure about this? My dealer tried to charge me at the time of order. After a bit of going back and forth, they said they’d do it for free. Also, during the ordering process, the pod lights, keyless entry and a few other ”dealer options” were not able to...
Premium fuel has made a difference in my 2017 F150 with the 3.5 EB. First, the power difference is noticeable and I belI’ve all the power ratings from Ford are WITH premium fuel. Mileage is at least 1.5 better per gallon. i only use premium fuel and Costco is generally only about 5 cents more...
Woah!! Check out the weight of those BFG load E tires!!! Say bye bye to fuel mileage and ride comfort. That’s a heavy tire. I had that same tire on a 2004 F150 and mileage went from 18.5 to 13 mpg. That was a minor inconvenience to the ride quality. Felt like I was running on 100psi tires...
I never have understood why people get so bent out of shape for others wanting to get the best mileage out of their vehicle. “Don’t buy a ’insert vehicle here’ if you want good fuel mileage….buy a Prius”. The logic is naive to those of us that are savers.
I have a 2015 Escalade EXT 4x4 that...
Oh ya poor young lad. I have waited 25yrs! A teaser of a new Bronco came out in 2004 which became known as “the Bronco that didn’t happen”…..was even used in a futuristic movie. Due to the anticipation and waiting, I was on the ole’ interweb at the time of launch and reserved a First Edition...
I see you have a Badlands. I also reserved a Badlands within an hour of reserving the First Edition. I gave the Badlands reservation to my brother and he placed his order the same day as I placed mine. He has yet to receive a build date. @Razorback
They go by reservation date first. Order date should have no impact. After looking at reservation, they look at your build…not build date…but how your Bronco is equipped. Assuming your build does not contain any items that are on back order, you will be next per reservation date.
Cactus Gray seems to be like a chameleon depending on the light. People who’ve seen it in person absolutely love it. The CG FE i purchased is for my wife. I’ve been waiting for 25yrs for the Bronco to return and when it did, I was already in love with my 2017 F150 Platinum. I reserved the FE on...
Haha, good point. I agree the keypad is ugly. Looks much better on my F150 and I find myself using it a lot to lock the truck...much easier than reaching in my pocket for the key fob
If it were for me Lightening Blue; however, the wife gets this one and she has chosen Cactus Gray. I’m not keen on the interior color either. The Badlands isn’t much better with the orange stitching on the leather seats and orange accents.....unless you get the Cyber Orange paint. Whoever chose...
It looks like adding the winch blocks the front camera. Btw, the winch retails for $1100 then you add the platform, bull bar and installation...$2,500 seems reasonable.....especially with a 3yr/36,000 warranty
