    Same here. Ford Accessories are lack luster compared to third party vendors. My big accessory was the Rock Star Engineering auto steps. Ford accesories were a rear mat, tail gate tray , under wheel lights, and a mesh top. Took the 20% off that Ford offered.

    I too have a build date Sept 5th week. I also have invoice pricing. (In writing). No one should be surprised walking into the dealer to pick up their Bronco.

    To add to the decibel levels conversation attached is a chart for review. I did watch a video of a person measuring with a device reading of 69 decibels. The Bronco had a soft top with no FORD top insulation.

    Three weeks ago my dealer notified me that my WT SAS LUX MIC MOD Bumper Side decals, Paint Protection, and Hitch scheduled build date Aug 29th with VIN. I was a July 18th 2020 Reservation holder.

    You mentioned the Bronco was in service due to recall with no off-roading.That damage could be due to lift at the dealer. A tech may have caused enough damage to weaken the rod to its conclusion. If it was a weak metal break that is an easy investigation because a fabrication review of the break...

    Talk to your dealer. Mine got the information. FORD has yet to send me an offical email but I found the build on the FORD website. FORD communication is bad and shameful. I do have a respectful dealership.
