    Thanks so much. I have that and have tried it many times. A week and a half ago it said it could not track that VIN but included a link to a Canadian site. That disappeared in 24 hours and I have been in the dark since.

    It suddenly worked but now it doesn't. When it was working I had to go to the American one first and it then gave me a link to the CDN one. That has disappeared. My B is listed under the dealership's name, not mine so my "My Ford" does not access it.
