Correct. We got pushed to 2022 and entered a new order after they dropped the red that my wife originally wanted. I've not seen the "Contact Dealer" before, even when we had the original order under the account page.

It's not a backdoor link. Its the same page you get to by logging into ford.com and viewing the reservation\order page under your account. It's a direct link, nothing more.
