  1. Mabett Glove Box Dividers Organizer Coming Soon!

    Bet they rattle something awful
  2. Help! Asfir LCA skid stripped nut

Wonder if ASFIR confused nm data to ft/lb…86 vs 90 ft/lb too much of a coincidence. Since this is not really a function critical or rotating application, I’d just leave it as is and carry on. Why are you feeling compelled to disassemble?
  3. Don’t believe the hype

Isn’t that the off-road traction control system in Toyotas? ………no wait, that’s A-track.
  4. GOBI Bronco Rack Released [Official Specs & Photos]

Matching design taillight guards would be both attractive and functional with the corner ladder - I can see those lights taking hits from climbers
  5. What's your unpopular Bronco opinion?

TL;DR! Here’s mine: “silly horsey logos”
  6. Gatorbacks MudFlaps pics & experiences

Not having seen photos with rock rails, here ya go. (…..and none of those silly horsey logos)

Always buy the manual transmission……yada, yada, yada. To each his own.
  8. Bronco submerged in water during Maine high tide

Should’ve bought the $250 folding recovery shovel.
  9. Gatorbacks MudFlaps pics & experiences

Have fronts only. No logos. Great fit, nicely engineered of quality materials. My only caution is the printed instructions would tend to prompt one to install backwards - let’s me careful out there.
  10. Underbody aluminum skidplates and protection by ASFIR 4x4

Alas, but for a weighty item like a bumper, routine shipping costs seem not to apply - does the 50% shipping discount also apply to the “special freight quote” for which one must contact ASFIR?….it is at that point my bumper order has been abandoned I’m afraid.
  11. Underbody aluminum skidplates and protection by ASFIR 4x4

ASFIR has been on my radar for some time now - excellent reputation for off road gear for multiple platforms (Toyota, LR, etc). I would’ve purchased a winch bumper and other equipment for my LR Disco 1 but for the shipping costs from Israel. Hoping with all the new Bronco business, ASFIR will...
  12. GearShade Limb Risers - With Quick Release!

My Bronco with OEM roof rack will be in the Cedar Key/Gainesville area end of the month. Contact me.
  13. 2 Door Bronco Outer Banks with Luggage Rack Wind Noise

Welcome to the world of roof racks - noise is the price paid. I expect significant wind noise from the GOBI setup when it arrives, maybe even a mpg decrement.
  14. Tool Kit to keep in the back - SAE or metric is better for the sockets and wrenches?

Second the Metrinch recommendation …….. don’t know that I’d try an engine rebuild with them but they are quality metallurgy and engineering. (carry a set in my Caterham Seven - an astounding mix of SAE and Metric)
  15. Rear seats removal from 2-door Bronco?

One of these days I’m going to go exploring with a multimeter and see if a simple grounding of one of the wires does the trick - should not be rocket surgery.
  16. Rear seats removal from 2-door Bronco?

Take apart the male clasp and use that…..works a treat.
  17. How long does it take?

My time in “shipping” was about 6 weeks. Embrace the wait.
  18. Installed Aeroskin II Black textured Hood Deflector

Installed and next trip suffered windshield fracture from thrown stone on Interstate …….. SafeLite replaced. Semper Aliquid!
  19. AR | BAM & TAP Billet Rail Accessories (BRAs): B.A.L.L.S./F.A.R.T/etc.

On the other hand the rubberized balls from the three letter company that must not be named add grip because of the rubberized surface,,,,,,,,,IMHO and based on years of use.
  20. AR | BAM & TAP Billet Rail Accessories (BRAs): B.A.L.L.S./F.A.R.T/etc.

For all of about 30 bucks by that not-to-be-named, three letter company (products from which I’ve used for years in my airplane - plenty bumpy):
