  1. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

It seems like most dealerships are more than willing to work with you as long as you have A) established a relationship, B) not been an a-hole, this is not their fault or C) have been patient with any communication. Funny how that works. Most horror stories I have heard have come from people...
  2. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

My ETA to Gibson kept getting delayed at every stop from MAP. It was only supposed to take two days, but it was over a week. Once you transfer onto BNSF out of Gibson, you'll notice that the progress will speed up and be there within a few days. Once out of Gibson, reaching Houston took a...
  3. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Mine spent two days in Walbridge when it arrived.
  4. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Ugh, I have not been able to pickup my Bronco yet. My brother is buying my car for his son, and I’m using that for a down payment. However, he is dragging getting his financing in order. ✅ Bronco in ✅ Purchase price agreement ✅ Financing complete ❌ Sell current car for down payment ❌ Take...
  5. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

UPDATE to the UPDATE: I received the price I wanted from my MY23 DORA, less the model year transition private offer. I knew the destination charge from MY22 to MY23 (+$100) would not be price protected, but I was unaware that the destination charge has gone up another $300 since I placed my...
  6. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

UPDATE: The dealership will be sending me a new purchase order today. Hopefully, with the right numbers.
  7. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

I took the dealer quote home and realized that our numbers were off by $521 from each other. The Private Offer is included in the pricing, so we are off on the price protection. I nicely texted the dealer to help explain how my numbers differ from theirs, and hopefully, we can come to a...
  8. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Went to the dealership today to go have a look, talk pricing specifics, and drop off some aftermarket things they are adding to my unit. I can confirm it does exist and just got a ceramic tint job. The only thing left to do before signing is to sell my current vehicle. Also looking to get mud...
  9. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

On my way back from vacation and checked my tracker. It appears to be at the dealer.
  10. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Nope. Still waiting at the rail yard. Cooking in the Houston heat.
  11. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Oh man! That stinks. It’s not unheard of on here, but definitely puts a damper on the excitement as it most likely will take a few days.
  12. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

    No, I’m a 2DR. I think it’s only for 4DRs.
  13. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

    Wow! Much faster than mine.
  14. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

It takes a while to populate. Calling the CSX number will give faster updates than what the dealer can tell you on the computer. The only reason I know that is because I had called CSX before the dealer called me and looked it up in his computer and he was a checkpoint behind.
  15. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

It wasn’t from a lack of trying. Couldn’t find any cams in Texas that were on my route. I did think about seeing it go by last night on its way in, but it would have been so late. I know, I failed! 😩
  16. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

My Bronco ended its rail journey this morning and arrived at the BNSF Rail Yard in south Houston at 3:40am. Now the wait for it to be unloaded and put on a convoy to the dealership. I was able to track it using the CSX number the entire way. Once my Bronco made the switch to BNSF in Indiana...
  17. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Congrats! Hopefully, this is the start of many more in this build week.
  18. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

Then it is settled. To get your Bronco faster, you must schedule a vacation to ensure it arrives while you are gone. :ROFLMAO:
  19. 🛠 5/8/2023 Build Week Group

My transport rail has been speeding along since getting out of the Midwest. Yesterday, it went through Kansas and Oklahoma. I couldn't read the rail car numbers at night in OKC. This morning it arrived at the Alliance Intermodal Facility near Ft Worth/Dallas, TX. Hopefully, it doesn't stop...
