I wish it were that easy, I live on the west coast so I am very limited on my options as most of the dealerships within a 500 mile radius are discounted about the same at $5,500.

Is that on a BB or other trims, if so I would love to get $8,000 off. How would I go about doing that when my local dealers are only doing $5,500 max.

How hard would you say it is to add a locking diff for a beginner?

Which do you think would be easier, I haven't done any stuff like this before and would like the easiest option for the money.
