I got my rail car number from Ford chat.

I have the same problem. I've only gotten that page to work like 2 times total. I've used 4 different browsers, clear cache, VPN on or off, everything and can never get it to work.

Get on with Ford chat and see if you can get a rail car number and that if it was actually shipped.

The CSX tracking says the rail arrived to Tampa this morning at 5:30!

Just got off with Ford chat. Seems like that email was bogus. I have a railcar number and still on track to arrive by the 28th according to her. Just checked rail tracking and getting to Florida March 21st!

Yeah just got the email as well. Pizza tracker still says 3-22 to 3-22 estimate delivery.

Sometime over the weekend went from Built to Shipped. Also backdoor link shows 3-22 to 3-28 for estimated delivery.

That's the thing that's so frustrating is the inconsistency. I can understand if one system stops working all together. But it says "built" for both of us. Except I have a 4 digit tag, you have a 3 digit tag. Your ordertrack app is working, mine isn't. I emailed my dealer to see if he has anything.

The pizza tracker at the top still shows in progress. But says built down below. So assume that it's finished and that's when I'll get it. But now the https://ordertrack.app/ doesn't pull anything up for me where as before I'd get the sticker and said convoy and pending. But now it just says...

I have a Badlands. Blend date of 3-10. Modules popped today. Have 4 digit tear tag. No update on shipping though. However I can't get this page to work. I login, input my VIN and Preview order Number and nothing. I even try adding the VIN at the end of the URL and it just redirects to the login...
