I am planning on just the sort top. I have had Jeeps in the past with hard and soft tops and prefer just the soft top. My plan is to use this for trips and the ability to take the soft top off for the drive and pack it in the back area while leaving room for luggage and supplies is important...
Looking at the age breakdown - any way the builds can start at the higher ages and work down?? Might mean I get my Bronco much sooner. Let the older guys have the fun first. Haha!
Not willing to wait. I will be 56 at year end and in a position that I will be able to have the Bronco for many years (now working from home full time). So bring it on and letās enjoy the fun ASAP.
Thought the OBX members might like this. I submitted photos under the thread looking for user sticker and badge ideas. One of the users did some work on them and produced this. Itās a combo of photos I took on the beach in Duck, NC with a single set of tire tracks.
I like the idea, but am awful at photo shopping. Anyone think they do the above layout - putting Outer Banks where the Oceano Dunes is - by rotating one the these photos. Taken on the beach in Duck, NC. I liked the idea of the sole tire marks being on the sand.
I have owned 3 jeeps with different tops. If I have one top to select give me the soft top. I like to drive with the top off a lot and the ability to fold it up and store in the back in case weather changes fast is helpful. And the soft top was fine in winter (I live in the NE) and the noise...
I am currently reserved for the BB with intent to get the mid-package but based on the pricing estimates on this forum, once I get the 2.7L the difference seems minimal. I am in the NE so some of the items offered standard on the OBX work for me. I am good with the soft top but am iffy on the...
The only item I want to be able to get ala carte is the B&O sound system upgrade. Donāt need or want all the items in the Lux package.
Still trying to decide whether itās a Big Bend with the Mid Package or an OBX. Outside of that I just want the 2.7L and upper sound system.
Your family - your vehicle. Your kids will love riding in the back (when they get a bit older) with the top and doors off. My kids are in their 20s and they still enjoy doing that in our Wrangler.
I am locked in on AMB as the color. Have liked the blue with black top all along. Still trying to figure out whether I like the black fender flairs or the painted body color ones though. I have owned Wranglers and have not been a big fan of the āall the same colorā look and prefer some contrast.
I like the names vs XL, XLT, etc. Espexially if each comes with a nice badge for each. I like the placement on the front quarter panels between the fender and the doors
