I mean where they said we'd have the roofs replaced in X month. I've seen several people say they were waiting to hear back on that to him and him respond.
Have you reached out to Levine at all? He tends to respond to people who have been waiting this long, particularly when Ford has missed deadlines for communication of some sort: I've seen him respond to a number of people who asked for a status update when those people have pointed out their...
I think it's probably bad in different ways: speaking as someone with no updates, the anxiety that there's something else that'll push it out and it may be months more before it's ready to even ship out seems worse. To each their own though.
Hopefully you're the first of many for our build week! Levine said on Instagram that they expect to have shipped all of dirt mountain in the next 2-3 weeks, so ought to be soon!
Well I'm saying that it's something that could be affecting both. I think it might be indicative of a problem with the engine if we find out that all of the soft tops facing long delays are 2.7s.
I know we've got a lot of columns already, but can we add the 2.7 as an option in order to see if that's a common feature on delays? That may particularly hold out for the soft tops.
I think a tweet at Levine asking for information is probably your best resort at this point. Let him know you're build date and ask for an update - give the long time it's been out there I got to imagine he'll respond.
Nobody's really sure what's going on with those soft tops, everyone here is MICs that were updated about a month ago on replacement tops. Updated dates are coming via email or the trackers.
Little concerned by the past week or so: only about 60 released last week after the 2 weeks prior both having ~100. I worry they've shifted towards production and less on replacing tops now that they've got most of the people from June/July shipped out.
