Do what I did. Go to the dealer and say “I read that the Ford FAQ recommends buyers get a signed purchase agreement. Can I get that please?” If they agree to it, cool. If not, try to switch dealers.

$10,000+ for a hard top right now. Just ridiculous. I am sorry but 1/3-1/4 of the value of the whole vehicle is not the plastic top. I am sure after a few years this will get more reasonable for soft top owners looking to get a hard top. I feel for people that need to replace theirs now though.

Sup my fellow Kentuckian... do you think ours will be shipped by rail or truck? I looked it up and Dearborn is about a 7 hour drive for me.
