exactly, anyone willing to dish out the money for a Raptor Bronco almost certainly has a reservation already. Most of us are highly unlikely to both buy a bronco now, then buy an even more expensive one in 1-2 years. If they want to maximize sales revenue...sell it now and to the diehard fans
I mean you can change your model when ordering without losing your place, so just swap to the warthog....or as a $10k option. I would pay that over the $5k for the squatch if it has all that and a reinforced frame (maybe it would tow a little more too...doubtful, but one.could hope)
I agree with a lot of the comments here asking why now ford? It’s not like these are spy shots...Ford released this shit. Is this going to be available this year?
If not, then this actually makes me wonder if I shouldn’t cancel my reservation and wait a year. I don’t want to spend 60-65 this...
beadlock capable wheels come mounted like traditional tires. If you want the beadlocks on you have to remount the tires on the outside and put the beadlocks on. If you don’t do that, they should be the same as any other tire.
i agree with the rest though....but damn the look of them!! I am...
For me it will mostly be a DD, probably in DC (where I will probably be stationed next Summer), but we have family in Vermont, PA, MN, the Carolinas, and Colorado, so lots of road trips, off roading and MB in national parks and beach cruising with the family....hope to be pulling one of these...
Awesome work!
these are not my favorite colors with the black/grey top, but damn, with a white top they look amazing. I am second guessing my cyber orange with a white or black top. Not sure which of these five I will go with, but it’s one of them for sure. Unless they don’t offer a white...
I was just having an internal debate on this and the other comment of someone saying you can chose power seats but would lose washout. I can live with 6-way manual...if I can get power and still keep vinyl and washout, I can live with that too. Website doesn’t say if you lose the washout...
I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re close to these numbers. Although this is 2wd numbers, take another 2-3 off for FWD.
Bronco is heavier, but probably a little more aerodynamic than these pickups. But with off road gear I would guess it will probably be another 1-2 mpg less than this. So...
Hmmm do I want power seats or washout interior? I will go with washout....I think...so long as the seat goes up and down, forward and back and reclines, I think I can manage without the power.
I don’t mind it, but mainly because I am getting cyber orange ?. It will match nicely! Now if I change my mind to CG with white top....well not so sure then...I might have to go with the mysterious grey-neutral option. I wish they would offer the brown/black leather on the cyber orange with...
going to be a lot of grey-neutral interiors driving around. Now what does grey-neutral mean? Grey or another neutral color or just grey? Guess we have to wait till by the end of next week, September, or fall to find out lol
no kidding, especially since they fold in so well. That’s a selling point to alleviate the worries of some that they might get shwacked off when off roading
